Refund Cancellation Policy
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made directly with Yellow Sapphire, through our website, or via third-party platforms.
Yellow Sapphire reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Reservations & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability.
To confirm your booking, partial or full payment may be required depending on the booking channel.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 12:00 PM (noon) onwards
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed, subject to availability and additional charges.
A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License) is mandatory at check-in.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation or modification is allowed up to 72 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in may be charged for one night’s stay.
No-shows are non-refundable.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests must maintain decorum and avoid causing disturbance to others.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Use of illegal substances, loud parties, or unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.
Any damage to property or amenities will be charged to the guest’s account.
6. Children & Extra Beds
Children below 5 years stay free with existing bedding.
Extra beds can be provided on request, subject to availability and additional charges.
7. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless specified in advance.
8. Liability
Yellow Bells is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Guests are advised to use in-room safes (if available).
Yellow Bells shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, etc.).
9. Privacy Policy
Guest information is collected for booking and service purposes only.
We do not share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
