When you make a Booking on our website, you will be asked to click “I accept” and you will not be able to complete your Booking if you do not do this. This confirms that you accept these terms.
We strongly recommend that you read the terms before accepting.
1. Booking Policy

You cannot transfer or resell your booking (in whole or in part). If you transfer or resell (or attempt to transfer or resell) then Yellow Sapphire Hotels will terminate your booking and retain any money paid to us for such booking.

You can only make a booking if you are 19 years old or over. If you arrive at the hotel and are under 19 years of age you will not be permitted to stay alone.

All foreign guests must provide passport identification with a valid visa at check-in (this is a legal requirement).

All domestic guests are required to provide government-issued photo identification proof with address (Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or Masked Aadhar Card).

Guests must be 19 years and above to check-in.
2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Payment Policy

Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

Balance payment at the time of check-in.

Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer.

All applicable taxes will be charged as per government norms.
4. Cancellation Policy

Same-day and last-minute cancellations are not accepted.

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior to check-in.

No-show bookings will be fully charged.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of guest misconduct, rude behaviour, fraud, possession of any weapon, involvement in any unlawful activities, and any blacklisted profiles.
5. Guest Policy

Only registered guests are allowed inside rooms.

Visitors are allowed only in the lobby/reception area.

Visitor entry into rooms is strictly prohibited.
6. Security & Safety
-
CCTV surveillance is active in public areas.

The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables kept outside the room or locker.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
7. Damage Policy

Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

Smoking inside non-smoking rooms is strictly prohibited.
8. Behaviour Policy

Loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour is not allowed.

Hotel management reserves the right to deny service for misconduct.
9. Child Policy
-
Children below 6 years stay free with parents (without extra bed).

Extra mattress/bed will be chargeable.
10. Prohibited Activities
-
Any activities prohibited by judicial law will not be entertained – Prostitution, illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or prohibited substances are strictly not allowed.

Alcohol consumption only in permitted areas as per local laws.
11. Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed unless specified by the hotel.
12. Legal Compliance

All guests must comply with local laws and hotel rules.

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
13. Management Rights
-
Management reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice.
-
Hotel management’s decision will be final in case of disputes.
14. Right of Admission Reserved
The hotel management reserves the absolute right of admission and accommodation. Entry may be denied in case of non-compliance with hotel rules, invalid ID proof, suspicious activity, intoxication, misbehaviour, or violation of local laws. No refund shall be applicable in such case.
